The Christian way is not a sprint to the finish, but a life-long marathon. It is not easy. It is not smooth. It IS worth it.

Being a friend is sometimes just being with someone. Sometimes the correct action is to simply stand back and watch God be God.

God will make a way. As we walk in faith, he proves himself faithful.

Serving must always be measured against the standard of the suffering of Jesus Christ.

It becomes easy to judge, because we forget where we came from. Don't judge.

We must try to understand that people come from different circumstances and lifestyles, and that these experiences change how they understand God.

Be ready for your act of servanthood to be unnoticed, misunderstood, and rejected.

Our rewards come in the next world. We do not belong here.
